Nonmember Utility List
As of July 5, 2023
Not all utility operators in Tennessee are members of the one-call service. Tennessee 811 is not able to notify these nonmember utilities about an excavator’s proposed digging work, so you may want to contact them directly if your work will occur within their service area. The dig law (TCA 65-31-101 et seq.) does not require you to contact nonmember utilities after calling 811, and nonmember utilities may waive their right to recover damages by opting out of the one-call service.
